Swale Cats Protection
Swale CP (formally Sheppey) was founded over 30 years ago and in that time we have cared for and re-homed thousands of cats and kittens that would otherwise never have had the chance of a loving and secure home. We cover the entire Swale area of north Kent and have a very small but active volunteer team to assist in fundraising, welfare and rehoming.  We encourage neutering of cats of all ages to help control the growing cat population and offer assistance by way of vouchers to those who qualify.
Swale Branch is run entirely by unpaid volunteers who are dedicated to making the lives of cats and kittens in our area better.

Please only contact the branch on the advertised phone number 0345 3712755, a volunteer will contact you asap.  Our website is updated regularly to make sure we provide up to date information on our cats and Branch activities. Please be aware we are not veterinary professionals and do not operate any emergency services - sick or injured cats need to be taken to a qualified vet.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Are you looking for a worthwhile volunteering opportunity,  we are urgently looking for a Fundraising team leader, fosterers and Welfare assistants, (you will need to be a car driver for the latter role).  If you are interested send us an email or complete the form at this link- click here.

In 2016 we helped over 75 cats and kittens find their way into loving homes.  We don't actually have a central base, our cats and kittens are temporarily housed with our fosterers in heated outdoor pens or with our indoor fosterers who care for our cats in their own homes.  Hopefully you will find your purrfect feline friend here, if not contact us, we are likely to know of a cat that needs a new home.

Like to see our branch newsletters?  Join the branch for only £5 a year and you will get two newsletters every year plus regular updates on events.
